What you learn in this course
In this course we go in depth with one classic Persian dish: Baghali Polo ba Mahicheh. You learn how to master creating these tender lamb shanks with aromatic Baghali Polo in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Baghali Polo ba Mahicheh is an aromatic Persian rice dish with fava beans aka broad beans and dill, served with flavourful, tender lamb shanks.
As a bonus, you also learn how to prepare fluffy, aromatic Persian saffron rice and how to make two different versions of tahdig (the crispy bit from the bottom of the pot). This way you don't only learn how to make Baghali Polo ba Mahicheh but also its sister dish Chelo Mahicheh - Tender lamb shanks served with saffron rice.
The course is broken down into small steps, that will help you not only how to master this tasty dish, but give you an idea of Persian cuisine in general.
